Barefoot bodywork for structure and function.

Perched peacefully between Lakeview and West End neighborhoods, Groundwork Therapy is New Orleans’ home to Sarga barefoot massage. Here, myofascial manipulation meets deep tissue results.

The broad plantar surface of the foot is dexterous and intelligent, delivering pressure that is both broad and deep, soothing and accurate. Sessions are comprehensive, treating the nervous and muscular systems through the fascial web as an interconnected whole.
